Rumba Beach Resort - Caloundra

My recent stay at this beach resort was a fantastic experience as we attended dance competitions for nine nights. The location was perfect, just a quick stroll to the beach, allowing the kids to explore safely. The spacious suite featured modern kitchen facilities and two full bathrooms, ideal for a family. Housekeeping was attentive, and the pools were a highlight—especially the heated one for the kids. The complimentary breakfast and free underground parking were nice touches that added to our comfort.

I can just recommend this hotel.

Thank you for the really really nice stay for 3 nights. It has lovely friendly staff and good modern facilities. The breakfast includes brilliant food like coffee, tea, and muffins. The hotel has a very central location by trolleys rolling loudly along concrete walkways outside.

The bathrooms are mouldy.

Clean and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. Good sized unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. The restaurant was nice, for breakfast.

The ocean view from the patio was amazing, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. the database made it easy to access information about local attractions, enhancing my overall experience.

One minor drawback was the noise from neighboring units, which occasionally disrupted the tranquil atmosphere.

Everything was modern, great breakfast. The location was stunning for walking around Clarke Place Park. Everything met expectation, I would return there.

It was clean and central.

that it said it was ocean view apartments and all I saw was the tops of trees.

The apartments are beautiful, and the location couldn't be better-right by the beach and loads of great dining options. The pools are fantastic, especially the heated ones. Though there were a few minor quirks, overall it was a good experience.

The location is perfect, just a short stroll to a beautiful, family-friendly beach with calm waters. Our apartment was spacious and spotless, and we loved the free coffee and muffins every morning. The two pools were nice, though.

The pool area didn't get much direct sun, which was a bit of a bummer. We also had some noisy neighbors and maintenance sounds early in the morning.

they could have provided small luxuries like bathrobes in the rooms and it is very expensive

Unfourtunately due to work commitments, we had to leave early so we weren't able to use all of the hotels facilities.

The room was awesome, with lovely views right by the beach, but the noise from the nearby bar was pretty distracting. The pools were choice!

We loved our room (no.313) - gorgeous complete ocean-view room... perfect!

Only 1 small complaint and that was the fridge in the room. Was malfunctioning and constantly beeped from day 2. It was the only thing that we didn't like.

The spacious modern kitchen was a highlight, great to cook meals with ease.

The dining area had limited breakfast options, with the toast often overcooked and breakfast service lacking variety.

I really liked how the staff were very pleasant. I also liked the bike hire.

I did not like the noise from other apartments - music blaring from 12pm into the early hours.
